Refunds & Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on items that are custom-made, personalised, or produced to order, unless they are faulty or not as described.
This is in line with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which states that customised goods are exempt from the standard cancellation and return rights.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
